This meeting was the annual AGM. It was a significant meeting as Anne and Kath had completed their three years as committee members; so the club needed to elect a new chair and treasurer.

Nominations were forth coming and Dave Lamb was elected as chair and Kate Lawlor elected as treasurer. Cath Stone carries on as secretary for another year.

The meeting considered a letter from the Parish Council asking the Garden Club to take responsibility for planting up the new planters that have appeared around the village. Members agreed and Anne will write to the Parish council to let them know.
