Have you seen the film? Stephen Speilberg's 'War Horse' has been packing out the cinemas since its release in January 2012 and the most overwhelming response has been that the locations in the film are outstanding. A large proportion of the filming took place on Dartmoor.
The most recognisable location was Ditsworthy Warren House where Albert lived with his family. The farmhouse was reconstructed for the film, as in reality the building is now a ruin.
